Privacy Policy and SMS Contact Choices

Red Clay Capital LLC receives the name, contact details, property location, contact preference, and any optional information you submit. We use this information to review your inquiry, respond, and keep a record of the conversation.

Website inquiries are stored and delivered through service providers into Red Clay Capital’s lead management system. We use your inquiry within Red Clay Capital and with service providers needed to operate the inquiry process. Do not include sensitive identity, financial, or access information in free-text fields.

We may associate a submission with permitted campaign identifiers, referring site, landing page, and technical data used to operate and protect the website. These help us understand how an inquiry arrived and prevent abuse. Names, contact details, property addresses, and messages do not belong in general analytics events.

We keep limited referral and campaign context in your browser tab while you browse. If optional analytics is available, you can allow or decline it; we remember that choice in your browser and honor Do Not Track. Declining optional analytics does not prevent an inquiry. We do not save a draft of your form details in browser storage.

Requesting a reply is separate from permission for future marketing. Use the contact preference in the form to tell us how you would like us to respond. Tapping a call or text link opens your device’s app and does not by itself grant marketing permission.

SMS privacy: We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own use. Service providers may process this information only as needed to deliver messages and operate our inquiry service on our behalf.

SMS contact choices: When you agree to texts about your property inquiry, Red Clay Capital may send follow-up questions, appointment information, and updates about that inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. You can also contact offers@redclaycap.com. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchasing a service or selling your property. We do not treat an old inquiry, a purchased list, or a publicly available phone number as new permission for marketing texts.
